- Abstract：<正> Fifty-seven bum patients were dosdy observed for 28 d postburn.In general,plasma levelof thromboxane B2（TXB2）,6-keto-PGFlx and TXB2/6-keto-PGFlx ratio all rose up abruptly tothe peak in the first half day after burns and then declined gradually.However the patterns of theirchanges were different:6-keto-PGFlx returned to the control level in the 2nd day postburn,remained in a higher level than the control even in the 5th day postburn,and the increase ofTXB2/6-keto-PGFlα ratio was especially pronounced in the first 3 d postbum.It was also shownthat the changes of hemodynamics and hemorrheology occurred simultaneously with the imbalanceof thromboxane and prcstacyclin in the early postburn stage.The extent of the imbalance accordedwith the severity of hemodynamical and hemorrheological changes and was closely correlated withthe changes with the stroke volume,cardiac output,systemic vascular resistance,circulatory plateletaggregate ratio,platelet count and blood vinery.These findings suggest that the imbalance be-tween thromboxane and prostacyclin plays an important role in the changes of hemodynamics andhemorrheology in severe burn cases.0|8|1Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> After 20min electric field stimulation,L-enkephalin （L-ENK） content in the rabbitear artery declined from the control value of 38.99±17.29 to 12.55±1.96pg/mg of wet tissue（n=12）,and M-enkephalin （M-ENK） content from 134.67±8.11 to 73.68±17.96pg/mg of wet tis-sue （n=6）,both being significantly decreased.This effect was not influenced after blockade ofadrenergic receptor by yohimbine.Contractions of artery strips induced by electric field stimulationwere enhanced distinctly after pretreatment of the artery strips with naloxone,an opioid receptorblocker,and with pronase,but not after pretreatment with trypsin.The results suggested that the re-lease of endogenous enkephalins in the ear artery could be induced by electric field stimulation andx2-receptor might not participate in the release course,The release amount of ENK from the ar-terv strips increased when the stimulus freduency increased within the range of 2 Hz to 8 Hz.0|3|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> It has been shown by the results-of HPLC analysis in combination with spectrographicdeterminations that PsD-007 is composed of 7 different porphyrins,In order of the proportion inPsD-007,they are:3 （or 8）-（l-methoxyethyl）-8 （or 3）-（l-hydroxyethyl）-deuteroporphyrin Ⅸ（MHD）;3,8-di-（l-methoxyethyl）-deuteroporphyrin Ⅸ（DMD）;3（or 8）-（l-methoxyethyl）-8 （or3）-vinyl-deuteroporphyrin Ⅸ（MVD）;3（or 8）-（l-hydroxyethyl）-8（or 3）-vinyl-deuteroporphyrin Ⅸ（HVD）;hernatoporphyrin Ⅸ （Hp）;protoporphyrin Ⅸ （Pp） and 3（or 8）-（O-aceylethyl）-8（or 3）-（l-hydroxyethyl）-deuteroporphrin Ⅸ （AHD）,which presented only in crude PsD-007 and hasbeen transformed into MHD and Hp,respectively during the separation and preparing the clinicalpreparation of PsD-007.Structures of these porphyrins were further eonfirmed by the corre-sponding anthentic samples obtained by synthetic method.It was found on the basis of the experi-mental data of photosensitizing ability in cell-free systems and photoinactivation of human cancercells in vitro as well as efficacy of photodynamic therapy for sarcoma.S180 in mice of the ma-jor components MILD,DMD and MVD composed of which more over 85% of the totalamount of PsD-007,that they all exhibited comparatively high photosensitizing ability andphotodynamic effects on cancer cells and tram-planted animal tumor.0|10|1Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> In order to elucidate the mechanism of liver damage due to acute biliary sepsis,thechanges of hepatocyte mitochondria were observed during biliary sepsis in the rot.Mitochondrial cal-cium content,lysosome fragility of the hepatocytes,lipid peroxide （LPO） level of fiver tissue,omithine carbamyltransferase （OCT）,mitochondrial glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase （m-GOT） andhepatoplastin were determined.It was found that there were overloading of calcium in mitochondria,increase of lysosome fragility,and accumulation of LPO in the liver.These events would result inadverse effects on mitochondrial function The activity of OCT and m-GOT was significantly in-creased,which suggests that mitochondria are seriously damaged since the 2 enzymes mainly comefrom hepatocyte mitochondria.And the liver reserving function declined progressively.Our study indi-cates that mitochondrial damage does exist during acute biliary sepsis,which might playan important role in liver damage.0|7|1Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> In the present study,daunomydn （DIM） was chosen to conjugate cowdently with amonoclonal antitibody,MGb2,against human gastric cancer cells via a cis-aconitic anhydride linker（directly） or a dextmn bridge （indirectly,） The mo-lar ratio of MGb2 to DM in the conjugates was1:6 （direct method） and 1:54 （indirect method）,respectively.The ELISA results revealed theantibody after conjugation retained antigen-binding capacity.The conjugates showed a highly se-lective cytotoxicity to the target cells.In lh cytotoxidty test,cytotoxidty of the conjugates wasgreater than that of free DM or irrevalent conjugates to human gastric cancer cell lines,SGC-7901and very low as far as non-target cells （HeLa） were concerned.It is sugared that theselective cytotoxidty on target cells of the conjugates is mediated by the monoclonal antibody.0|4|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> Three kinds of chronic cholecystifis were investigated with SEM.The results showed thatin the mild chronic cholecystitis,pathological changes represented mainly the collapse on the surfaceof the mucosa and the separation of the columnar cells;while in the moderate ones,erosivechanges on the surface of the epithelium were revealed and in the severe chronic cholecystitis,patchy desquamation of the columnar cells occurred as a result,the lamina propria and thefibro-connective tissue under lamina propria were exposed.In all the three types of the cholecysfitis,mucoid droplets and cholesterol crystals could be seen on the surface of the epithelium.Differentnumbers of lymphocytes were found in the lamina propria.0|17|0Updated：2026-03-12

- Abstract：<正> The level of lipid peroxides （LPO） and copper-zinc containing superoxide dismutase （SOD-Ⅰ） in the gastric mucosa and serum was determined in 141 samples from 25 patients after con-ventional subtotal gastrectomy （11 cases of Billroth Ⅰ and 14 cases of Billroth Ⅱ） and 11 patientsafter pylorus and antroseromuscular flap preserving gastrectomy （PAFPG）.Those of 11 normal subjects were examined likewise to serve as control.It was found that:（1） The average LPO levelwas much higher and the average SOD-Ⅰ level much lower in the gastric mucosa of the patientsafter conventional subtotal gastrectomy especially the Billroth Ⅱ type than in that of those afterPAFPG.（2） In 36 specimens of stump mucosa,the average LPO level was significantly higher inthe tissue around the anastomotic ring than in that of the body of the stump;no marked differ-ence of SOD-Ⅰ level between the 2 was revealed.（3） The LPO value in the stump mucosa waspositively correlated to and the SOD-Ⅰ value negatively correlated to the pH value of gastric juice.These rindings suggest that the reation of oxygen free radicals in the stump mucosa may be influ-enced by the intragastric pH or by the type of digestive continuity reconstruction,and that thereaction of oxygen free radicals especially the lipid peroxidation may play a role in the pathogenesisof the lesions in the anastomotic stoma.0|3|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> In this report,purified Ricinus communis agglutinin （RCAl） was employed for analysis ofoligosaccharide molecules in serum of patients with lung cancer or benign diseases.By meansof DEAE-Sephadex A-50 and Sephadex G-100 chromatography,RCAl was purified from the ex-tracts of castor beans.After characterizing its bioactivity by means of red blood coagglutination andpurification by SDS-PAGE,RCAl was coupled with CNBr-activated Sepharose 4B.By RCAl af-finity chromatography,the gtycoproteins containing Galβl-4GlcNAc-linked unit at the nonreducingend of the carbohydrate chain were isolated from the gastric cancer tissue.By means of RCAl andthis glycoproteins labelled with horseradish peroxidase,a competitive binding assay was establishedand employed to detect the level of the oligosaccharides defined by RCAl in serum of pateins withlung cancer or benign diseases and of normal persons.The results suggest that expression of theseoligosaccharide molecules is higher in serum of patient with lung cancer than in serum of patientwith a benign disease of the respiratory system and healthy individuals.The positive rates were60.6%（20/33） in serum of patients with lung cancer,21.4% （6/28） with benign diseases and 4.0%（1/25） of normal persons.It is confirmed that detection of these oligosaccharide molecules in serumcan be helpful in the study and diagnosis of lung cancer.0|16|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> Taxol was used as a tool reagent and the function of the microtubules （MTs） beneath thepostsynaptic membrane was studied in an isolated non-uniformly stretched muscle preparation of ratdiaphragm.After exposure to taxol （20 μmol/L,10min）,the amplitude of acetylcholine potential ofinnervated muscle endplate was decreased by 30%,but the lime course of AChP and membrane po-tential remained unchanged.The results indicate that taxol can inhibit the responsiveness ofpostsynapfic membrane.It is therefore suggested that the site of action of taxol indudng inhibitionof postsynapfic responsiveness in neuromuscular junction may be the microtubules beneath thepostsynapfic membrane.0|4|0Updated：2026-03-12

- Abstract：<正> Adult guinea pigs with normal Preyer’s reflexes were used in this experiment and were di-vided into 3 groups according to the intensity of noise and exposure time.Auditory brainstemevoked response was recorded before and after exposure to noise.Clicks were presented monaurallyat a rate of high （50Hz） as well as low （10Hz）.The superior olive and inferior colliculus were ob-served under an electron microscope after the guinea pigs were exposured to 110dB noise for30min.The average shift of wave Ⅳ amplitude-intensity function curve was more than that ofwave Ⅰ after exposure to intensive noise.The difference value of wave \ latency from low（10Hz） to high （50Hz） stimulus click rate decreased and was negatively correlated with the exposuretime.Ⅰ-Ⅴ,Ⅲ-Ⅴ and Ⅳ-Ⅴ interpeak latencies were shorter after exposure to noise.Themitochondria and neurilemma swelling were found in the superior olive and inferior colliculus afterexposure,Some mechanisms of the changes of auditory center were discussed in this paper.0|4|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> Thirty-two mongrel dogs were divided into 4 groups.24 dogs of the 3 therapeutic groupswere inflicted with mild,medium,and severe hemorrhage through right femoral artery bleeding untilthe arterial systolic pressure dropped to 9.33,6.67 and 5.33 kPa,respectively,and then intoxicatedby intravenous NaCN 2.5mg/kg 3min after intoxication,intravenous 4-dimethylaminophenol（DMAP） 2 mg/kg was given.8 dogs of the control were inflicted with mild hemorrhage and similar-ly intoxicated,but no treatment was given.The changes of hemodynamics,blood gases andmethemoglobin were observed in the dogs.It was found that all the dogs of the control died with-in 5 min after administration of NaCN.DMAP could exert an excitatory effect on hemodynamicsand rescue the animals from death.The excitatory effect of DMAP became weaker whilehemorrhage became more severe.DMAP could further disturb the oxygen-caring capacity ofhemoglobin because of the formation of large amounts of methemoglobin when it was used as an anti-dote for cyanide intoxidation accompanied with acute hemorrhage.0|6|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> In order to study the relationship between replicative status and human leucocyte antigens（HLA）,HLA class Ⅱ antigen on hepatocyte membrane was analyzed in liver biopsies from 49 pa-tients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection.The results revealed that expression of HLA classⅡ antigen on hepatocyte membrane was observed in 57% （13/23） of hepatitis B e antigen （HBeAg）positive,only in 15% （4/26） of anti-HBe positive carriers.The display of HLA class Ⅱ antigen onhepatocyte membrane yeas found in 65% （11/17） hepatitis B core antigen （HBcAg） positive and in19% （6/32） HBcAg negative patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection.There was nosignificant difference in the expression of HLA class Ⅱ antigen on hepatocyte membrane between mi-nor hepatic diseases and active liver diseases.These findings suggested that display of HLA classⅡ antigen on hepatocyte membrane might be associated with viral replication in the chronic hepati-tis B virus carriers.0|3|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> The ear drums of 279 long-range gunners and 156 short-range gunners who hadparticipated in a battle for 4 months were inspected and 442 ears were subjected to acousticimpedance measurement.The results showed that retraction was the main change of the ear drums,then,opacity and atrophy.The average static compliance was 1.06,tympanograms were 75.6% oftype A and 21.1% of AD.No obvious difference in acoustic reflex threshold at different frequencieswas found between the 2 sorts of gunners.But the short-range cannon gunners suffered a more seri-ous high frequency hearing loss.0|3|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> The changes of the ultrastructure and the cellular permeability of Candida albicans were ob-served after the fungus was exposed to 3%～10% hydrogen peroxide.Damages on the fungus cellsespecially cytoplasm leakage were found under transmission electron microscopy and morphologicalchanges with small hole-like structures under scanning dectron microcopy.Radioactivity assay ofthe leakage of [3H]-TdR-DNA of C.albicans further proved the existence of cellular permeabilitydamage.There was negative correlation between the amount of [3H-TdR-DNA leakage and thenumber of the survival fungus cells,which indicates that the damage on cellular permeability andDNA leakage caused by hydrogen peroxide of certain concentration is one of the important factorsto kill the fungus.0|3|0Updated：2026-03-12
- Abstract：<正> A new method for filling bone cavity with a graft of frozen-decalcified-defatted-driedallogeneic （FDDDA） cancellous bone was described.This method was used for the treatment of cavi-ties after the enucleation of jaw cysts in 10 patients from December 1985 to February 1990.Thewounds of 9 patients healed by first intension,but wound infection occurred in one case postopera-tively.The 9 patients,besides the patient who suffered from wound infection,were followed up for5 to 56 months,with an average of 41.1 months.Evidence of recurrence with jaw cyst.was not ob-served.0|4|0Updated：2026-03-12

- Abstract：<正> The changes of glucocorticoid receptor （GR） and the reactivity of target cells toglucocorticoids （GC） were studied experimentally.The results showed that GC resistance,which wascaused mainly by the decrease of GR,developed in burned and shocked rats and dogs.Thesechanges may exacerbate the shock state,and even lead to the development of multiple organfailuue.The protection of GC against intestinal ischemic shock of dogs was demonstrated after theconcentration of dexamethasone （Dex） in plasma was elevated to 10-6 mol/L by iv injection of 5mgDex/kg body weight.0|7|1Updated：2026-03-12
