正

Fetal lymphocyte inhibitory factor（FLIF）was prepared bymeans of a successive two-step salting-out procedure using ammo-nium sulphate.FLIF was found to be noncytotoxic and thermostableat 56℃ for 30 min and has the ability of suppressing lymphocytetransformation of human adults

and decreasing both

H-UR and

H-TdR incorporation into lymphocytes.Our experiments showedthat FLIF was effective only when the cell was on its course ofactivation.
