正

Experimental resptratory distress syndrome（RDS）produced by IV oleicacid injection m 61 rabbits was studied A method of retrograde perfusion wasdeveloped by us Microemboli and leukocytes were obtained directly from thepulmonary m（?）rculation by this method

and at the same time cardiacimpedance parameters were determined In this animal model

it was found that agreat number of microemboli and leukocytes were deposited in the pulmonarymicroctrculation

as compared with the normal control group

The microemboliwere l×10 l in normal contrast

but 19.7×10

/L in the oleic acid experimentalgroup（P

0.01）

The leukocytes were 430.7×10

/L and 2.390×10

respectively（P

O.01）It was also found that basic impedance Z

increased

stroke-volume（SV）

cardiac output（CO）and cardiac index（CI）all decreased（P

0.01）.Thedeposit of mwroemboh and leukocytes may be related to the increased permeabilityof the pulmonary blood vessels and the decreased pulmonary blood flow.This typeof lung edema was not caused by the increased blood flow
