By using immunofluorescent cytochemical method

EB-VCA-IgA antibody levelswere studied in 35 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.It was found that VCA-IgAantibody level declined with the improvement of the patient’s condition and rose up withthe worsening of the disease in most cases.It is indicated that the change of EB-VCA-IgAantibody level might be used as an objective indication for the determination of

Coradiotherapy effect.
