Abstract

<正> Anisodamine（654-2）was administered to treat the acute experimentalserum sickness tn rabbits induced by a single bolus intravenous injection of bovineserum albumin in order to observe the immunomodulant effects of 654-2 on acuteserum sickness The resalts indicate that the administration of 654-2 can lead to adecrease of the serum levels of specific IgG antibody and immune complex

aninhibition of cathespin D activity

slight changes of the serum level of complementand improvement of renal injuries
