摘要
Abstract
<正> This experiment was designed to evaluate the osteogenetic effects ofdifferent forms of allogenic decalcified bone matrix.39 rabbits were em-ployed and a bony defect of 1cm in length was made on the shaft of theulnas of the animals.They were divided into 4 groups.In the first group
the bony defects were filled with allogenic decalcified bone powder
in thesecond group
with decalcified bone blocks
in the third group
with unde-calcified bone blocks
and in the fourth group
nothing was filled into thebony defects.Roentgenological and histological studies were made regularly.It was found that after 8-10weeks
70-80% of the bony defects filledwith DBM showed firm union between the host bone and the graftedmaterial and no difference of the osteogenecity could be found between thetwo kinds of DBM
incomplete union occurred in the third group
andnonunion was seen in the fourth group.It is suggested that allogenic decalcified bone powder be used as a graftma-terial to fill up bony defects or cavities because it is easily preparedand used
has good plasticity
and can be stored in room temperature.
