Changes of Lysosomes of Hepatocytes in Rats Aged One to Ninety Days
摘要
Abstract
<正> The changes of lysosomes of the hepatocytes in 27 rats aged 1
5
15
30
50 and 90 days respectively were observed with morphometry andby studying the ultrastructures. The results indicate that during thisperiod of development
the volume density and the numerical density ofthe lysosomes markedly increased.Lysosomes originally scattered inthe cytoplasm of the hepatocytes gradually migrated to the peripheryof the bile canaliculi
and the changes of the proportions amongcertain forms of secondary lysosomes were also observed. The author
considering from all the results
suggest that the first 5 days of the lifeof the rats is a critical period for the development of the lysosomesof the hepatocytes.
