摘要
Abstract
<正> A peanut germ cell-free system(PS30)used for protein synthesisin vitro has been newly developed. The PS30 has a maximum ultravioletabsorbance at λ 258nm.The rates of endogenous protein synthesis of PS30 and wheat germ cell-free system(WS30)used as an experimental con-trol were 5.9±0.5 and 7.1±0.8 folds
respectively. The translationalactivity of rat liver RNAs in PS30 or WS30 was almost identical.
