Observation by Fluorescent Histochemical Technique and Estimation of Catecholamine Content in Cerebral Cortex following Experimental Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
<正> Fluorescent histochemical observation and estimation of the content ofcatecholamine(CA)in cerebral cortex of twenty rats with unilateral occlusion ofmiddle cerebral artery were performed in this present study.Three d after localcerebral infarction
the CA granules which were of different fluorescent featurefrom those of normal cortex were seen in the marginal area of infarct. The contentof norepinephrine in bilateral cortexes was significantly reduced
but that ofdopamine was unchanged.
