Abstract

<正> In this report

we present the study of determination of DNA in dif-ferent Namalva interferon preparations by a microassay method usingethidium bromide.The results show that the interferon purified by anti-body affinity chromatography contains no DNA

thus indicating this pu-rified interferon preparation can be used clinically.
