<正> Five cases of colonic lilpomas

were diagnosed byfibrocolonoscopy with biopsy.All lipomas were resectecl through fibrocolonoscopy except that the tu-mor of one case measured 4.3 cm in diameter was rcsected surgically.Our results suggest that al-though in some ease the colonic lipomas may be neccssanily rcsccted by operation

most of themmighr be removed by librocolonoscope only.
