摘要

Abstract

<正> Hemagglutination inhibition test （HIT） was performed with Chen viurs strain ofhemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （HFRS） to detect antibodies in the sera of patientsand animals from various endemic regions in China

and compared with immunofluoresc.ent assay （IFA）.The results demonstrate that HIT is sensitive

specific

reproducible andsimple.It is applicable to epidemiological seroinvestigation as well as clinicalsero-diagnosis

especially to the grass-roots medical units.
