Some Factors Influencing the Detection in vitro of Opsonic Activity of Monoclonal Antibodies against Plasmodium falciparum
摘要
Abstract
<正> The influence of some factors on the in vitro detection of opsonicactivity of monoclonal antibodies against Plasmodium falciparum wasevaluated. The results showed that 20% of final concentration of theantibody
the ratio of 1 macrophage for 20 RBC
and 45 minutes incubationat 37℃ were considered to be suitable. The phagocytosis of schizontinfected red blood cell and free merozoite by macrophage was positivelyassociated with percentage of parasitized erythrocytes.
