<正> We applied a very simple method

TCA-al-cobol method

to purify human serum albumin.The product is pure albumin by SDS-PAGE.Emulsified with Freund’s complete adjuvant（FCA）

it was used to immunize rabbits by a pro-cedure which lasts only five weeks.Specific anti-serum with high titration（1:128）was obtained.
