摘要

Abstract

<正> Myringoplasty using exogenous collagen membrane was performed in 20 earsof 10 rabbits after complete removal of drumhead.Healing results were observed at 10

40and 60d after operation.Nineteen ears were transplanted successfully.Meanwhile

thehistology and ultrastructural morphology of the rabbit tympanic membranes were com-pared before and after transplantation.The results confirmed that the graft has a goodproperty of biocompatibility

and that it is useful in tympanic membrane transplantation.
