摘要

Abstract

<正>This study was undertaken to analyze the perioperative factors and complications that influence the final outcome after deep hypothermic circulatory arrest and superficial hypothermia during operations on aortic aneurysms from Jan 2000 to Jun 2004. The results show that deep hypthermic circulatory arrest group provided a high risk of pulmonary insufficiency-hypoxemia and temporary neurological dysfunction in complication but not increased the risk of hospital mortality.
