Castleman disease is a rare disorder of the lymphoid tissue

characterized by lymph node enlargement with distinctive histologic features.It usually occurs within the mediastinum and rarely within the abdomen.It is usually indistinguishable from other mediastinal and hilar masses before determining a surgical approach.We present two cases of Castleman disease within the abdomen mimicking a neoplasm.
