摘要

Abstract

<正> Thirty-five strains of HFRS virus isolated from the patients andseveral host animals in various areas in China were analyzed by IFATwith 10 McAbs specific for HFRS virus.It has been proved that thereare antigenic differences among the strains.The HFRS virus strainsrevealed nine different reactions for the McAb

showing that there are atleast nine different antigenic determinants

including group-

type-andstrain-specific.The analytical result shows that antigenic differencesamong the HFRS virus strains are mainly related to difference in the hostanimals.
